Grain Planning Calculators

Plan dry grain and flour purchases using measured consumption, usable stock and the seller’s bag size. Start with atta when you need a flour-specific calculation, or use a mixed basket for several groceries.

Choose Flour Or Mixed Grain Planning

The atta tool calculates flour quantity and cost in kilograms or grams. It can check stock duration, count whole bags or value a waste scenario. Its guide explains the inputs and includes working examples.

For rice alongside flour and other supplies, use separate rows in the family basket. Each row keeps its own daily use, stock, buying rule and price. This prevents a shared household total from being counted repeatedly.

Keep Dry And Cooked Amounts Separate

Enter the dry mass you buy and hold in stock. These shopping calculations do not convert flour into rotis or dry rice into cooked servings. A kitchen measurement or receipt is a better starting input than assuming every household uses the same amount.

When using a measured household daily total, either divide it by the people count or set People to one. Keep the same measurement basis across use, stock and package size.

Check Bag Size And Price Basis

A five-kilogram bag and a one-kilogram unit price describe different inputs. Choose the correct price basis before entering the price. Switching a compatible unit converts quantities and unit prices together; a whole-bag price remains attached to the bag.

Whole bags round upward to cover a shortage. Exact loose buying retains the shortage. Review any surplus and projected closing stock before deciding which purchase suits your needs.
